Benefits of clearing our energy and our space?
We are taught how to look after ourselves when we are young. We are taught how to look after our physical bodies and keep out of harm’s way and how to keep it energized with the foods and fluids we put in to our systems. Mentally, we are taught what is expected of us as we grow and become a member of society. Not many though, in our experience, have had the training in emotional intelligence and spiritual hygiene and this is vital if we are to master our lives.
Most people have heard of and have a basic understanding of the Chinese art of Feng Shui, it’s the arrangement of the environment to produce a good flow of energy In turn produces good health and fortune.
We are electro magnetic energy beings and our environment has a huge impact on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Have you ever noticed when you enter a building you can feel happy and relaxed or feel uncomfortable? It is not only the energy of those who are present that we have to consider, but of those who have passed through that particular space before. Walls hold the energy of people who occupied that room in former times. People don’t just leave physical baggage but energetic baggage too.
People are becoming a lot more aware these days of Energy Vampires although that sounds quite dramatic, it’s actually very normal. People naturally give and receive energy all the time from one another through etheric cords however when then exchange is very one sided it can feel uncomfortable and problems can occur. During this course we share techniques to protect your energy, hold your own space and stop you being drained.
This course is a 4 hour online course and will teach you the fundamentals of how to keep yourself clear of others energies and how to set and hold your own space. It has been constructed to aid and assist one in keeping yourself sovereign. As stated above you can be drained by others who have corded into you but also when you are corded into it means that others may be able to manipulate you and your energy more easily. Spiritual hygiene is very important especially when working with others.
