Ashley Lugg
I grew up in the Cotswolds in England. I was fortunate to be surrounded by nature. From a young age I knew there were unseen forces that had a big part to play in our lives. At 14 years old I was practicing healing with friends and also had a remembering of hypnosis. I regressed a few of my friends back to past lives to find missing pieces for them and although this came very naturally to me I was aware that it was not the “norm” for a young man to be practicing this and I was careful with whom I shared this with.
At 19 years with a great sense of adventure and service to humanity I joined the Royal Marine Commandos, during training I had an awakening. I somehow tapped into a field of energy that downloaded to my consciousness vast amounts of knowledge about frequencies, ancient cultures, crystals and earth histories; my life was now changed forever.
During my years as a commando I developed a meditation practice and taught myself how to project my consciousness outside of my body which some call astral projection or remote viewing. My awareness was much sharper and my instincts were seldom wrong and even saved my life on a few occasions.
On leaving the Marines I trained and became a practitioner of many complementary therapies such as Matrix Re-imprinting, Emotional Freedom Technique, Reiki and Psych K. I wanted to really help people to understand that it is the programs of the mind that keep us prisoners to our habits and health conditions. I knew this to be true as I had transformed and cleared my own PTSD. I wanted to help and inspire people to become all that they could be by freeing themselves from outdated belief patterns/ traumas and move into what I call their true self.
I have truly been blessed in my life by having some amazing teachers help me along my path. Each has been very instrumental in leading me on. There are too many to mention. but they all always pointed me toward my heart. My friend a true master Daniel Mitel showed me a way to access it… once there you need for nothing else as all is within…
I can’t really label what it is that I do but I have been called a catalyst for change. I am trained in many modalities but what I have found is flexibility and an open heart is key. I work with my inner guidance and intuition and know everything is in divine order. Whatever presents itself for healing or transforming shows up and we work with the bodies intellegence to clear or realign the issue.
I have been teaching meditation and healing courses since 2015 after years of being asked by clients to share the techniques I employ. This has been quantum acceleration in my personal growth. I teach Ascension courses and techniques, Sacred sound, Divine Union, Angelic Reiki® I am also a Teacher of Teachers for The School Of The Heart where I teach the course’s Journeys Into The Heart and Heart Imagery.
The courses I teach are designed to empower and reconnect the individual with the infinite power and potential that resides within. It is only through reconnecting with the energy of the heart that we can truly remember who we are.
