5G Fear or faith

There is a lot of fear surrounding the roll out of 5G and I have a moderate understanding of the data I have researched and an idea of what it could entail not just for the human populous but also for the plants, animals and even the insects. I am not going to outpour my opinions here when there are so many resources easily accessible online where you can read peer-approved science papers and I would suggest you do so that you can get a clear picture of what’s going on. 

I would like to remind you that you have the ability to keep your electro-magnetic field (or aura) strong by choosing the right foods to consume, which places you visit, the best exercise routines and also by the thoughts that we think. They all have a big affect on the human energy system.

Remember that when we are in an anxious or stress state our aura is weakened. This means we are more susceptible to outside influences, whether that’s pathogens, viruses or electro-magnetic frequencies (EMF’s) more now than ever. It’s a really good time to begin a routine of meditation and/or yoga if you haven’t already, why? Well it has been well documented over the past 20 years that the effects of meditation and yoga style exercises are hugely beneficial to the body. Here is a short list of some of the proven benefits:

  • Rewires your brain for happiness, peace and success
  • Reduces the density of brain tissue associated with anxiety and worrying
  • Increases your psychological functioning and in the process improves your sense of well-being
  • Meditation improves cognition and increases your ability to perform tasks requiring focus
  • Improves your ability to memorize things and to store and consolidate new information
  • Helps you make better decisions by improving the functioning of your brain’s decision-making centres
  • Improves your cardiovascular health and reduce your risk of heart disease
  • Strengthens the human immune system and makes you more resistant to viruses and infections
  • Reduces mental and physical pain better than morphine

Just to name a few… so why am I sharing this? I feel that I must empower people to recognise the truth. We have the power to become super healthy even if we are in a toxic environment.  We know that through the study of epigenetics that we have the ability to heal or be completely immune to viruses, pathogens and even radiation if our belief systems support us. What I mean by this is if you believe you are going to catch the cold going around the office, chances are you will, and vice versa. Your body makes your beliefs your reality- sounds far-out there but it’s true. Stem cell researcher and cellular biologist, Dr Bruce Lipton,has been sharing this science all around the globe for decades. You may not have heard about this because, let’s just say, it may not be in the interest of some of the bigger industries of the world to empower the individual to the ends of self healing and curing of disease without the need of pharmaceutical intervention.  The point here is this- you have the ability to keep your body and mind strong, fit and healthy, if you choose the right beliefs. Do your own research and see for yourself. If you educate yourself you aren’t subject to others miscommunication or misdirection that can disempower you. Empower yourself and you won’t be fooled into fear, instead you will have a knowing that allows you to have faith and thus all of your body aligns in health rather than illness.

To summarise and to simplify: if you have read some information on the 5G issue and are in a little fear remember your entire body is electro-magnetic and reacts to your thoughts. If you are in a fear state your body is weakened but if you are feeling good and have faith your body forms a much stronger field and health naturally flows.

Practice those things that make you feel good, it may be meditation, yoga, walking in nature, painting, whatever gets you into that feel good space, do it! Let go of the fears and empower yourself and this will optimise your health and wellbeing even in toxic environments.
